I've put a £20 top up on and it hasn't shown no response from customer service or email now I'm cold with no electricity in my home AVOID!

The product does exactly what it says it does and is solid and reliable. The portal is very user friendly, we didn't even need any training. The customer service is superb. One of the few businesses left you can call and talk to someone or if you email them, they get back to you promptly. I highly recommend them!!
Love my top-up meter! Phoned the company today with a query and was assisted quickly and efficiently by a gentleman (didn't catch his name unfortunately). Professional service is rare these days, so hats-off to Topupmeters.
purchase of meters and setup of online account went very smoothly. Meters were easy to install and being able to monitor the accounts and deal with any issues online is very convenient
Fantastic idea, so much easier than my old card meters and easier to keep track of payments from tenants for my records. Online portal is easy to use. Very good support when I've had any questions regarding setting up.
You can change all the settings on there website and is is very easy to use and you can check how much energy is being used by the tenants. And you will never be left with a energy bill.
Good customer service. They answered all my questions promptly when I thought there was an error with my meter.
I completely agree with the other review,it's not been the best so far ,3 times now it hasn't updated and its missing some information on the graph ie days of usage, its meant to be easy on your phone from anywhere in the world !!! Can't very well press any buttons on a meter if your abroad on holiday can you ... let's blame it on the WiFi connection shall we ,think you need to rethink your quotes personally can see lots of complaints coming your way,so far I wouldn't recommend you..update to your reply I have contacted customer service several times and all they say is press the button ,and once again this is no use if you are not there ,should add boosters or whatever it is when you install them especially in areas that you know the signal won't be great !
My Meter doesn't update my payments and I'm constantly left without electricity. If it happens over the weekend you can't speak to anyone until Monday so are left days without electricity. Response: I had to make a 3hr round trip to manually top up for guests I had staying. I thought this was an online topup service?
