Dec 19,2019Wasn't happy with the service from my last storage company, so decided to look elsewhere and found Tortoise. Helpful staff, new site and facilities and great service! It took me a while to decide to make the change, but very glad I did!

Oct 25,2022I've had some stuff in storage now for a few months here, after taking time to consider a few storage companies prices and do some visits. Tortoise Storage were the best choice for me - lovely clean site, with good facilities, spent time showing me around and explaining things, were very helpful and patient with me as a storage 'first timer' and very friendly. I feel safe and secure using this company and feel well looked after as a customer - and definitely recommend
