Before using Pat's service, I initially thought I would start my investment portfolio on my own. Living in London and travelling to view properties in Liverpool and the Midlands was tiring & inefficient. My first attempted buy-to-let purchase fell through, which was frustrating. A friend that used TPG recommended Pat. His service was truly hands-off; he would inform me of what was needed and when it was arranged, then walk me through the outcomes. When I had to switch mortgage lenders, Pat reanalysed the property's profitability and net cash flow, ensuring I was always aware of my investment's potential. The refurbishment process was equally seamless. After the completion, I decided to finally view my property in person, and Pat met me there. Even though it was during the Christmas holiday season, Pat and his team managed to finish the refurb in time for my tenants to move in. I learned so much along the way, and the property has been generating rental income since January. I had been an aspiring property investor for over a year when I met Pat. Although I had the money to invest I quickly found out that it is not so simple. Most estate agents would either not return my calls or attempt to push undesirable properties stating the one advertised is not available. Speaking with Pat filled me with confidence. The service I wanted was essentially hands free investing so Pat would handle the sourcing, buying, refurbishment and tenanting of my properties. Within the first month Pat came back deals significantly lower than those I had found and pursued myself. Sometime in 2023, I decided that I would like to build a property portfolio in the UK. I initially thought of doing things myself with some assistance from relatives of mine in the UK as I live a long way away. But every reason behind my assessment of Pat which led me to commit proved to be through. I did not travel to UK at all but am happy to report I am already a landlord of a single buy to let.
