Nov 11,2022Can't recommend them enough. They have done a couple of jobs for my family and they have been nothing but exceptional all the time. I honestly can't recommend them enough. The work they do is immaculate and in the past I had one issue and they came out free of charge, corrected it and really looked after us. 5 stars. 100%. 10/10 I have never experienced customer care and satisfaction like it.

We had 3 other well known companies to quote for shutters, Steve came across most professional and offered better options and talked my partner through the job and actually listened to what we wanted. The wait time for manufacturing was well worth it (all companies similar) the product and service is top notch. Thanks Steve and team, I would definitely recommend you

The quote was really competitive in the first instance and done by Steve who saw the process through from beginning to end and was always really friendly and professional. My shutters are beautiful and I absolutely love them - I really really recommend this company.

Jun 21,2022Had our shutters installed by Total in 2019. One came lose recently. I contacted Steve and had Barry round a week later all sorted out. I didn't realise we had a 5 year warranty.. .but super glad we did. No fuss, fixed the issue, top service.

Room left cleaner than before the work started! Cant recommend this company enough, it doesn't get any better and the price was the cheapest we had quoted. You cant go wrong

They were competitive on price and felt the service from start to finish was excellent. My shutters look beautiful, really pleased with them.

Did a lot of research beforehand and got quotes from the big national chains but convinced we made the right choice both on price and quality of service by choosing Total Window Shutters. We have large bay-windows which required a customised fitting, the team went above and beyond to get the perfect result. The customer service was first class all the way through sales, fitting and after-sales-care, in terms of responding to queries and dealing with any issues that arose.

Nov 11,2021I cannot recomend Total Window Shutters enough, from the very friendly and professional - non pushy survey to the quality of the product and efficient installation . With the precision survey and measurements the shutters arrived all boxed up but all the frames etc were ready, cut to size and shape, so there was no mess and very little disruption. Total Window Shutters kept us informed and in the loop throughout the whole process, and the staff were at all times courteous and honest with us.

Oct 30,2021Most impressed , prompt quote not quite the lowest but what sold it for me was that Steve who produced the quote was also going to instal, he made me aware of the anticipated 16 week delivery which was in line with the feddback I had from others. 16 weeks from placing the order had a call to arrange the installation for the following week , True to his word Steve arrived to do the installation , respected my property and after he had finished , apart from the fact I had new shutters I wouldn't of known he had been , very clean and very tidy ! Thankyou Total Shutters for a job well done
