Aug 07,2024I contacted Toys at Foys for help in tracking down a particular Elsa doll which a four year old lost on a trip to Dublin. They responded immediately and emailed me different photos of the available dolls in their shop so that I was able to choose the right one. Maria was so helpful, going above and beyond what I expected. The item was shipped immediately. I would highly recommend Toys at Foys for every occasion.

Jul 22,2024I love supporting Irish businesses and Toys at Foys were the only retailer that had the small 2.5cm Super Mario figurines which are now discontinued I believe. My son was very happy with it as it works nicely with a Bowsers Castle toy he got at Smyths recently as the scaling is perfect for it. I received a nice hand written note thanking me for my business and I was kept informed at all stages of the shipping/delivery process. Thanks guys, I’ll be back again to purchase more toys for sure.

Jun 15,2024I bought 2 tennis rackets and a pack of 3 tennis balls. They are good enough as only wanted them for a 7 year old beginner but the wrap on the handle has come off one of them so that is disappointing. We have tried to put it on again but it keeps coming off. The delivery was quick and the website is easy to order from.

So hard nowadays to get the personal touch so I really appreciated her taking thr time to write the personal note and of course the service was so prompt. I would give Toys at Foys 5 stars for quality prompt service and the personal touch. Personal touch stood out for me and goes a long way. Best of luck in the future

Apr 09,2024Cannot recommend them highly enough, my little boy has been looking for a particular monster truck for his birthday but couldn’t get my hands on one anywhere, came across Foys website and emailed Sunday night to see if by any chance they had one not only did they reply first thing Monday morning to help but it has arrived just now (Tuesday) with a lovely little colouring book and hand written note too! I don’t know many places, if any, that would go to that much trouble to make sure we had the right toy on time for him! Will definitely be shopping with them again!! Thank you!!!

I did just that and had the product at my door less than 22 hours later! 🙌🏼 amazing service, will definitely be a repeat customer. So helpful.

Oct 12,2023Ordered 2 boxes of Pokémon cards and I have never seen such thoughtful packaging - there was 2 rolls either side to prevent the boxes from moving in transit - the boxes arrived in perfect condition. I will 100% be ordering my cards from Foys in future. (Think Alan packed the box- fair play!) Fast shipping and fantastic packaging, can’t recommend them enough, fantastic
