New company expanding.. I have Monthly and Challenge account with them. Every issue had was eventually handled by their customer service. Payouts received but patience sometimes needed as they are growing and expanding. Recommended however

Scam I passed both challenges and traded 1-2 lot with 100k account. But they denied live account because they think I took excessive risk, seriously 1-2 lots on 100k account. They keep challenges fail fee and refund those who pass. They are total scam nothing else. Check their telegram group how they scamming people. Stay away from them. I think very soon they close. Reply: I was trading 1-2 lots with 100k account and you think I don't care about risk management seriously. So these are all hidden rules then why did you guys set rules for the challenges If decision is taken by So call Risk Team. You guys are scammers and now putting all fake reviews to cover up.

I actually passed the challenge and got my 3k payout. So i personnally got the service i paid for. But TCF has some serious improvements to do on the customer experience because things can be slow and your frustration builds up and affect your trading. Congratulations on Edidem , he's the only customer agent that really took his time to understand my problems and he was really efficient

I purchased an instant and a challenge account with Traders Central. Had a problem all my fault and was unable to close the trades, however TCF disabled my account whilst there was still money in it above the max dd. I requested it be enabled as in my opinion I should be able to use the full DD, after all that’s what I paid for? After quite a few messages backwards and forwards it was eventually reenabled. I failed to recover the account and it was disabled once it hit max DD. I purchased another instant account and when I got close to max DD, they again disabled my account. I requested it be reenabled but was told they wouldn’t do it. On my challenge I failed to reach the profit target so asked for a reset which was granted. However, on my second try I was flagged for “group trading” even though I am copying my own trades and using the same strategy as the first attempt. I queried this and it took several weeks to get a reply saying it was being sorted. I sent several emails and was told I would be contacted. I sent details of both my terminals so they could investigate the trades and see they were my own. At no point was I told which group I was alleged to be copying. Eventually after a month got a reply “Well your issue was looked at but no comment meaning the group trading was correct.” No other explanation. I replied quoting their rules about copy trading “First Offence: Warning, trader allowed to proceed to stage two” but too date have still not received a reply. I note on my dashboard the copy trading flag has been removed but I can still not access my account. Note there are loads of messages on their Telegram about alleged group trading. Pros - Staff are very polite, tokens can reduce your costs, Cons - Very poor support times, often get ignored. Account closed when there is still money available which you have paid for. No option to challenge or get a reason why you might be disabled. In summary don’t waste your money there are better prop firms out there Update - it is now 3 weeks since they requested my details to get in touch and I have still not heard anything. I rest my case

I was write about complain of flag copy trade on 12 March 2022 on trust pilot, they reply that they will follow up my complain and contact me ,until today no one contact me ,they are: 1.liar 2.scammer stay away don't waste on money and time. It was happen also to my collage that he is also flag copy trade for funded challenge account. They are only want to collect registration money and expect fail during challenge ,if pass the challenge ,they will find the way not to pay trader

I had a 200k OTF Challenge live funded account with them. I did receive my withdrawal the first month, however it was only 80% and not 85% split as they claimed. Do not bother scaling up your challenge account because the more money you make, the longer your withdrawal process will take and funny things will start happening to your account.. keep reading on. The second month i requested for a 10k withdrawal, I received the first half of my payout via crypto. The second half took some time and they told me they will have to bank wire it. And for that they made me write a review to have those funds. You will probably see that review somewhere on this page. I had to write a review to receive the other half of my funds. Then after receiving that withdrawal, the first two weeks my trades couldn't close or it will go through TP and SL and not close, I couldn't open new trades occasionally. I reached out to them and was told to email and message risk desk on telegram but those people never responded to it. However after two weeks it resolved. The the second month came and I requested for another 10k withdrawal, I received in parts again but all through crypto. It is tiresome to keep reaching out to them for my withdrawals as I keep getting them in halves. This is the point I decided not to scale my account because they clearly have funding issues with it comes to withdrawals. And I never received 85% it was always around 80%. Then the month later, I lost some profit and went into a bit of a drawdown, I also changed my trading strategy but never did I hit Daily or max Drawdown. At this point I also realised that my lot size has been capped at 5 lots for gold and 0.1 lots for indeces and only allowed 2 open position max. All this for a 200k account! They tell you they do not limit lot sizes but that is clearly a lie. They also sent me an email regarding my change of strategy and drawdown. I did not check the email and 3 days later they disabled my account because I did not reply to their e-mail. At that time my account was only a little under 2% drawdown, about 1.3% to be exact. I replied to their email and asked what the issue was because they're not suppose to review my account based on the daily and max drawdown which i selected. And i was told lies like I chose a 50% positive day rule which apparently is subject to review. But that is not the rule I chose and I had the daily and max drawdown instead which is not suppose to be reviewed since they mentioned they have removed their risk review and will depend solely on the Bagley score should i hit my max or daily drawdown only then will I lose my account. To summarize, if you're on their instant accounts making some small change I don't think there's really an issue. But if you're trying to get the challenge account and scale up and plan to trade with them long term it is not really feasible. They make their money from the purchase of accounts, so the longer you keep you account, they will not be able to profit from you. Stick to more reputable prop firms.

If you people think that they will ever refund your challenge fees then please do mark my words that they will never. Because they live to collect such fees from traders so that they can live a luxury life. I paid for challenge and passed it. They denied live account without any reason. Now they are not refunding my fees also saying that they need - they need coinbase receipt and order codes and several different other things from universe which you can never provide them. This is a trick and then they will tell you that it is your fault and that's why we are unable to process your refund because they are smart and of course we are dumb because we paid them money and then traded 2 months to pass their challenge without violating any of rules and in end we get nothing and lost our fees as well. I recommend all of you fellow traders that never deal with them and save your money and time. Otherwise you will remember your brother's advice after you also become a victim.

NOW THAT TRADERS CENTRAL IS NOT REPLYING TO MY MESSAGES ON THE TELEGRAM GROUP ABOUT MY ACCOUNT THAT IS PAUSED/DISABLED FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS NOW. WHAT IS THE WAY FORWARD??? IF THIS IS NO SCAM, HOW COME YOU SENT NO EMAIL BEFORE YOU PAUSE/DISABLE THE ACCOUNT, I ONLY FOUND OUT WHILE TRYING TO RENEW MY MONTHLY PLAN AND I STARTED CHATTING YOUR STAFF FROM THE GROUP RIGHT AWAY! THEY IGNORED ME COMPLETELY!!! QUITE FRUSTRATING! AND YOU CLAIMED YOU BLOCKED ME OFF YOUR TELEGRAM GROUP BECAUSE I USED FOUL LANGUAGE. MEANWHILE WHAT ACTIALLY HAPPENED WAS THAT YOU REALISED SOME MEMBERS WERE ALREADY SHOWING INTEREST IN MY STORY. THAT IS SIMPLY SCAM MOVE! NOTHING TO IT!! ANYWAY MY QUESTION NOW IS, IF TRULY THIS IS NO SCAM, AND SINCE YOU PROVIDE NO VALUABLE OPTIONS TO THE MEMBER ON HOW THEIR EFFORT (PROFIT MADE) WON'T END UP USELESS DESPITE THAT THEY PAY (ON A MONTHLY BASIS) FOR THOSE DISABLED ACCOUNTS, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO REOPEN THOSE ACCOUNTS BACK TO THE AFFECTED MEMBERS???
