There was equipment to collect from four different sites and this was done easily and smoothly. They turned up when they said they would. To receive money back for obsolete equipment was a bonus. We will definitely use them again and recommend them without reservation.

May 11,2020I Contacted TradologyUK LTD to look at buying a refurbished Laptop for My Son to connect with his schools online learning services during the current covid 19 situation. After speaking with Matt he clearly explained how TradologyUK operate their services, we discussed our device requirements and specification expectations and of course budget.. We arranged for matt to take two laptops that had given up on us a long time ago... Matt even managed to access the hard drives and retrieve some precious family photos for us and gave us a fair trade in price for the old devices which was a nice surprise as I didn't think they were worth anything at all... Matt had a few options available for our budget and I was very pleased with the options on offer within my budget, we decided to go with a B grade device.. Matt made sure the device we chose was delivered to our home very quickly adhering with the current social distancing measures.. On opening the box we knew instantly we had made the right choice.. The device was in immaculate condition and performed like that of brand new device.. I Highly recommend TradologyUK and Matt in particular for his professional conduct in these difficult times 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
