Nov 12,2019Finally after 8 attempts and loads of wasted time they have fulfilled my order. Given 1 extra star as they did eventually sort it. Hard work though. Update. Lying again. Said they have dispatched and in same email say they've had to order in. Says in stock on website. Honestly guys keep well away from this shower. Update. They've offered me a full refund and free replacement . The one amazon gave me 2 days ago. And no replacement still. 3 promises. Useless Update on the below. So I received an e-mail saying that it was all their fault and they would give me the item free of charge if I changed my review. I thought I've never seen a flying pig but accepted the offer. To my shock, within minutes I got a message from Amazon/DPD saying your package will be delivered tomorrow. So I went on the Tracking thingy and it said.....wait for it...…..We haven't received the package from the supplier!! That's exactly what the Royal Mail tracker said first time round. I'm not the only person to report this. Today is delivery day and DPD have still not received it. Now as I said before this company know the Amazon tricks. I suspect they've raised a delivery ticket with no intention of supply, then will blame DPD for failure. That way Amazon will strike out my review and say that 'Fulfilment is not the responsibility of the supplier' (Something like that). There are many negative reviews which have been struck out for this reason. So the 98% (or so) positive rating is in fact false. Utter utter crap this company. This company are just terrible. They are the worst experience I've had with a third party seller on Amazon. They tell you theyve dispatched items when they havent. Then blame the delivery company for non-delivery. They tell you they have sent 'another' delivery when they havent. Yesterday was 4th agreed delivery date. In the morning they sent me an e-mail saying that they hadn't heard from me and were awaiting instruction. I reminded them of the 14 e-mail correspondence we'd had and they said "oh yes I remember now, your parcel will be delivered today". How is that possible when they had forgotten all about it. BLATANT LIE. Guess what...no delivery. A shocking, shocking business. 4 weeks for an Amazon Prime order and still not received. Thanks for your cut and paste response. There must be so many for you to deal with. Thank you for for the refund. But that's not actually the point. I spent the money because I need something. You failing miserably and then giving me my money back isn't the answer. I can assure you that I WILL NOT be using the 15% discount offer. 50% wouldn't be enough to persuade me to shop with you again. And by the way, I got the refund through Amazon request. You did not deal with it.
