May 23,2023Excellent and efficient service. They picked up a heavy bed sofa purchased from Facebook marketplace, we did not have to meet the sellers at pickup location and they carried the sofa at the sellers living room, and delived in our living room. Under 1h.

Jul 02,2022During the three months of living in Copenhagen, the most difficult were the days of the move. But thanks to TransCopen, everything turned out to be not difficult at all! It turned out that the car can be found even in the shortest possible time. You can order a car without loaders when only the driver arrives. If you need help with loading, the guys will do everything in the best possible way. I really liked that in addition to the transportation service, I enjoyed communicating with people working in the company. All the most serious issues are resolved very quickly and simply. When transporting things, the guys work quickly and efficiently. Good people do good things. This is the best performance characteristic of TransCopen. I would recommend to everyone I know and will only use this company myself.

Jun 13,2022I needed urgent help transporting a machine from a store to home address on a Sunday. We agreed the details via sms. The van was at my address right on time. The driver was very polite and spoke really good English. He helped with everything as agreed and we were back at my home address in under an hour. All this for less than a round trip would cost me by taxi and at half the price of similar companies. We wholeheartedly recommend Transcopen and we will definitely use their services in future.

The moving staff carried a lot of heavy things of mine like it weights nothing to them. No single sigh or complaint, the whole process went fast and smooth. I'm was very impressed. Besides, I needed to fit much stuff of mine into a tiny basement after moving, and one staff impressed me with fitting all my furniture and belongings into such a small basement. We joked that he must be good at Tetris game ^^ If you need help with your move, I would highly recommend them.

Feb 17,2022Great experience!!! I had 19 packages to pick up and bring to a storage, but I wasn't sure of when they would arrive. I called TransCopen some days before and they assured me they would have found a solution for me and to call them as soon as I got the packages. I did, and they send two guys with a van as I asked, the same day within a couple hours! They picked the packages and brought them into my storage. Very punctual, super efficient and courteous, no problems whatsoever! I will be calling them again, I really recommend ! Thank you!

Our furniture and belongings were loaded and unloaded with speed and efficiency. I would hire them again and have already recommended them to some of my friends.
