Feb 19,2025We were so impressed with the wonderfully presented course meal with freshly prepared vegetables. The white bread provided with the starter was especially unforgettably delightful. The place was clean and pleasant, and the price was very attractive. The staff was polite and helpful. We are utterly satisfied with the restaurant and will go back again very soon!

Feb 19,2025This isn't a hotel in my opinion, it's a B&B. The only food they serve is breakfast, and that is reminiscent of a 60's guest house. You have to order everything, down to fruit juice and cereal. The room we stayed in was an attic room, it was small and dangerous. I smacked my head on the ceiling that was part of the dormer window, and nearly knocked myself out. The bathroom has a bi-fold door that was difficult and noisy to open/close, the extractor fan didn't work, the shower was an over the bath electric type, with a shower curtain. The shelves were so small you couldn't put anything on them. The bedroom was noisy and extremely hot, I could go on but if you are going to stay in Beaumaris try the place next door (The Liverpool Arms).

Feb 18,2025Wir waren im Oktober 2024 für eine Woche im Pula Suites Hotel auf Mallorca. Es handelt sich um ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Möbel im Zimmer waren total abgewohnt, Stuhl ist fast zusammengebrochen. Fernseher so klein wie ein Laptop, funktionierte nach einem Tag auch nicht mehr. Frühstück die reinste Katastrophe, kaum Auswahl, nach einem 2. Kaffee musste man betteln. Vor Ort noch eine Reklamation durchgeführt bei der zuständigen Agentur. Als wir wieder zu Hause waren, dieses noch einmal an TRAVELZOO mit Beweisfotos geschickt. Bereits 4 mal telefonisch mit TRAVELZOO Kontakt aufgenommen, leider wird man nur vertröstet. Die entsprechende Agentur auf Mallorca hat sich angeblich nach 4 Monaten immer noch nicht gemeldet. Das ist nur Hinhaltetaktik, da sie nichts zurück zahlen wollen.
