Feb 02,2025Sehr schönes, ruhiges Zimmer und ein wunderbares 6-Gang-Menü, bei dem glutenfrei und ohne Fleisch sehr lecker umgesetzt wurde. Der Wellnessbereich ist modern und einladend, ein kleiner Fitnessraum ist auch dabei.

Feb 02,2025Another very pleasant lunch at the King’s Arms in Old Amersham using a Travelzoo voucher. Most attentive staff, nice surroundings and darn good grub. The only fly in the ointment is parking. Be prepared to park some way away from the hotel and walk back. Looking forward to our next visit.

Feb 01,2025Buchung war wie immer unkompliziert. Wir haben das Hotel bereits zum 2. Mail besucht, die Lage ist einfach genial, tolles Wetter blauer Himmel und Sonne.Tolles Abendessen, sehr gutes Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal.

Feb 01,2025We had a great time, the meal was awesome, we had the 2 course lunchtime meal with a glass of champagne. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. This was my 3rd time doing the lunchtime menu at different times, my friends it was their first time.

Feb 01,2025Hotel was high quality with friendly, efficient, helpful staff. Room was large and comfortable and food was very nice. Hotel is very close to Manchester Victoria train station and convenient for shops and attractions. We would recommend this hotel as a base for a city break.

Feb 01,2025Unkompliziert -sowohl Buchung als auch Reservierung!!! Nur Schade, dass man bei Travelzoo jetzt für Spezialangebote erst Mitgliedsbeitrag zahlen muss, darum werden sicher vermehrt andere Portale zum Zug kommen....

The emails we receive are extremely helpful and the offers they recommend have taken us to so many new places. When we have needed to get in touch, by telephone, the staff have always been friendly, helpful and very professional.

Feb 01,2025On arrival the receptionist did that thing where they ignore you when they are busy and only acknowledged us when she had finished what she was doing. I find that quite rude. Not unfriendly but not welcoming either. There was a mother and toddler group in when we were expecting a quiet time. Only one small warm jacuzzi and generally not very warm to sit around. Treatments and food were good but service was very slow

Feb 02,2025Eaten there before and found it good value for money. This time was shocked to see most of the menu had a supplement. Service was good but our table was by the doors to the garden where staff went in and out making it a cold place to sit. Food was ok but not quite as we are used to at the other Kochhar restaurants. Will we book here again doubt it.
