I have a gift card for this store for £50 and now all stores have closed and head office closed no number or email working so basically I have just lost £50!!
Unbelievable that a company are able to still process transactions knowing they are in trouble. I purchased an item online then waited over four months, only one of my many communications was responded to, a lady called Hazel from customer services, promising to resolve my issue. Then nothing for months, avoid parting with any money people, companies don’t just fold overnight, they are still processing transactions immorally.

I had bought a pair of shoes for my partners birthday, I returned them as they didn't fit, I was given a refund voucher, and now it turns out that tReds are nowhere to be found on the internet!! Feeling robbed!!
Scam merchants avoid at all costs order paid for and never arrived no refund.
My daughter purchased a pair of converse in the treds shoe store in our local town, slightly larger than needed so that she hopefully would grow into them by the time summer hols came..unfortunately her feet didn't seem to grow quickly so we went to see if we could exchange...no suitable size was available and so we were told to come in again another time...we did this 4 or 5 times resulting in the end to have an exchange for a gift voucher to the amount of £40! Which we still have... but now it seems all stores have closed down and we are left with no shoes for my daughter and just a useless piece of plastic .... I feel mugged off totally.
I found a 70% off sale in the Salisbury store. A lair of Van's, a pair of Converse leather and a pair of converse canvas is what I purchased. J got home to find that one of the shoes had been swapped and now there is a canvas pair of converse with the other pair consisting of one leather and one canvas. I co texted admin immediately and they said to sent the item back in the post. So I did and I emailed them to let them know. Now they are ignoring me. They have already seen my receipt. It's not like they are telling me they cant do nothing because of the receipt. They are ignoring me and keeping my money. Without even the decency to email me back
I was drawn to into tReds having seen the 30% off sale sign. I'm very glad I did. I was served by Grace. What a delightful lady she is, friendly, funny and a credit to the company. I came out smiling and would definitely recommend this shop. It has super cool shoes and it's a pleasure to shop there.
Order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. On querying tracking reference I received standard email replies that didn't actually look into the issue. Will not be using again.
First up, this is regarding the Redditch branch of tReds. Really, really poor customer service. I purchased two pairs of shoes from this store on 9/11/19. On entering the store, all the staff were huddled in one corner and did not greet me or ask if I needed help. I found a pair of boots I wanted to try on, I had to approach the staff and ask for help. I was the only customer in the store at this point too, Becky offered to help. I was torn between two pairs of boots, but Becky seemed uninterested in me and at no point asked me any questions or offered any input. So I purchased both boots and took them home to ask my husband his opinion. The very next day I attempted to return one of the pairs of boots. I entered the store 10/11/19 there was again no other customers present, and this time no staff on the shop floor either. I popped my bag on the till and a young man came out and asked if I need help. I said I wanted to return these boots. He said ok no problem, took out the boots and checked my receipt. I was told I wasn’t entitled to a refund as the boots were in the sale, I could only have an exchange. My husband pointed out it was less than 24hrs since they were purchased and they hadn’t even been worn. The staff member at this point looked uncomfortable and reiterated ‘its not company policy to offer refunds on sales items’ I pointed out that Becky had not mentioned this when I purchased the boots yesterday. The staff member responded with ‘she’s new so she probably forgot, sorry’. my husband responded with ‘that’s ok, we all make mistakes, so could we have a refund please?’ He again refused to refunded the boots. At this point my annoyed husband asked to see the manager. This conversation was then repeated to the ‘manager’ who gave us the same response but with less consideration and just looked bored and annoyed with us. My husband was unimpressed by the service we were having and pushed again for a refund, the ‘manager’ then pointed at the POS on the store walls saying it states refunds or not offered on sales items. My husband pointed out the POS doesn’t actually say refunds aren’t offered. It has disclaimer about terms. the manager looked at my husband and replied in monotone voice ‘you are not entitled to a refund’. The conversation ended with my husband asking for the managers name and heads office number. We were handed a head office number and the ’manager’ walked off, but we did not have the managers name. My husband walked after the ’manager‘ to the rear of the store to ask for her name, to find her laughing at the situation with the original staff member who served me on the till. She then refused to give my husband her name and wrote ’supervisor redditch’ on the piece of paper next to the phone number. I appreciate that companies have policies that can sometimes be different than the norm regarding sales items, but when we are told a staff member has made an error by not informing us of the terms, and we are treated as though we are stupid for asking. It’s appalling for a retailer in this day and age to treat their customers in this way. If you want people to return to your stores treat them with respect. My husband will be calling tReds head office on Monday to see if they can explain their staffs behaviour.
I had an issue with my daughter’s bag and spoke to such a nice guy in customer service. They replaced the faulty product so quickly. Excellent customer service.
the site is unacceptable I have ordered from 24.3,2019 a shoes and still wrote "Your order is still being processed" After same days Nicole Orme answer "Thanks for your email, I can see unfortunately there was a hardware issue with the store your item was pending at so I have moved the item onto another store which will send out your item today for you. Apologies for the delay." today 5.4.2019 still waiting Your order is still being processed
Thought I'd review this company as I saw a few bad reviews after placing an order with them (yes I did it the wrong way round!). I am pleased to say though that apart from being given the wrong tracking information (which rang some alarm bells given some of the reviews) I got my order without any other issues. I contacted customer services to tell them I was given the wrong tracking info to be told Royal Mail has been giving out the wrong details. I didn't get an update which I would've expected. But I got my delivery on the date promised and everything was fine. Overall it was a good experience and got a good bargain.
I am most impressed with the company. Got Skechers Bobs for an unbelievably good price. No catch, perfect goods, fast delivery, great communications. What’s not to like and recommend?
Found a pair of boots for wifeys Christmas, 90 quid on every site, same boots 50 quid on tReds. Ordered them on a Friday afternoon, came on Monday morning. Great service and value for money
Boots came within couple of days as stated when ordered. Perfect fit . Look good. Very pleased won’t be long before I order some more!

I'm leaving a poor review because the last 3 orders I've had cancelled & refunded due to the items being out of stock, once earlier in June 2018 & August 2013 & October 2018. There website needs updating to follow stock control.
STAY AWAY!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWEFUL! RUDE & AGRESSIVE! EVERYTHING IS FINE AS LONG AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. ANY PROBLEMS AND THEY DON’T CARE. WON’T EVER USE AGAIN!
