Clear and straightforward buying process with good range of choices. Comprehensive communication throughout the process, and items are rapidly despatched in very secure packaging. I immediately called Treemarker and spoke to a fantastically helpful person who organised some replacement items free of charge that arrived the next day as promised. Fantastic customer service, unlike Royal Mail.

Dec 19,2024The purchases arrived promptly and as described. Being picky, some items (gauntlets) could be purchased locally cheaper, but overall happy with value of purchase. Billhook was rather dull as received and has taken some effort to get it to an acceptable sharpness, but I guess they can’t be sent out too sharp.
