Sep 11,2018Great efficient service shame about the delivery - my rockel gloves are lovely - it was annoying the item was sent recorded Royal Mail as my post man refuses to just sign on my behalf so it ended up being a big drama trying to actually get the item off the post man - this took about 4 days - it would be better if they sent using dpd so I could leave delivery instructions or if I could choose Royal Mail (Standard not signed for service)

I definitely would recommend them and certainly will be purchasing from them again.
