Jan 29,2024Amazing experience! From the moment I landed in Istanbul, I was taken care of. Asi and his team did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. The whole procedure was just about painless and he kept me updated through it all. The hotel that they booked me into was really nice aswell, hotel staff were really helpful if I needed anything. One of the most important things to me when I was looking for a clinic, was having the actual doctor do the transplant…Dr Asi did the whole procedure with his team along side him. I highly recommend Trichogenics to anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant and I am so glad I went with them.

Jan 29,2024I recently had my hair transplant at Trichogenics and it was an amazing experience. They had someone waiting for me at the airport when I arrived and took me to my 5 star hotel. Everyone at Trichogenics is warm and welcoming and really put you at ease. Dr Asi and Dr Eric answered all my questions and explained everything to me before the procedure. Most people say the most painful part is when they administer the local anesthesia to numb your donor area. I honestly will say this pain was like a 2 out of ten. Dr Asi explained that they use small needles and are careful on how they administer it so that the pain is minimal for the patient. The rest of the procedure was easy, I slept for a lot of it. I was nervous going into this surgery but after I felt great. The other reason I chose Trichogenics is that it is the doctor doing the extraction and incisions during the surgery. A lot of clinics will use technicians for this. If you are considering a hair transplant I would highly recommend Trichogenics.

Jan 12,2024Dr Asi, Dr Eric, the medical team, Naz and Gifti were all so warm and welcoming. First time stepping into Istanbul, Gifti welcome my wife and I with such a warm welcome, making us feel so comfortable. At the hotel, hotel was unable to give us a room as we arrived at about 10am. My wife and I were ready to wait for the room as that is a standard procedure for all hotels. However, Naz made a call and we have our rooms ready! Dr Asi and Dr Eric were both so assuring and patient. They will take the time to go through the paper work, explain to me what is going to happen and make sure that I am alright every step from the time I arrive to the clinic to the time I leave the clinic. They are always ready if I have a questions, help post surgery. Although it is slightly higher than some other clinics, but it’s worth every dollar with the doctors doing the FUE extract personally. Highly recommended for people who are looking for hair transplant in Istanbul.

Every need was catered for from the airport chauffeur, luxury hotel, hotel to clinic chauffeur etc. Dr. Asi Peretz and Dr. Eric Peretz are both very friendly and meticulous about the quality of care they provide as were their clinical and support team. Overall the experience was very positive and I look forward to seeing the final results.

Dec 30,2023My experience with trichogenics was great. Most important thing for me was the free online appointment with Dr. Peretz before the surgery.He told me everything about hair transplantation. After the appointment he sent me over a surgery plan . The doctor recommended to use finasteride and explained that a hair transplantation will not solve the problem of future hair loss. After the cosultation i decided to make the surgery at Trichogenics. Compared to other clinics, Trichogenics gave me the feeling to really care about people who suffer from hair loss. At the beginning of december 2023 I flew to istanbul. I stayed at the mövenpick Hotel close to the clinic. The hotel was very good. The next day a driver picked me up at the hotel and drove me to the clinic. The Patient care Manager Naz already waited for me. After a few minutes Dr. Asi and Eric welcomed me. Both doctors are super friendly. I was a bit nervous before the surgery but after i met the doctors i felt save and i was not nervous anymore. Dr Eric explained every step of the surgery, possible side effects and informed me about the importance of finasteride for young patients ( I am 25 years old). The dr. made sure that i understand everything. I explained that i had side effects which are very rare while I was using finasteride even with low dosis and the topical version. Afterwards dr Eric and Asi analysed my hair loss. They Designed the New hair line very Natural (Not to low, Mature) to not waste grafts and save them for future surgery because finasteride did not work for me. Afterwards the surgery started. In my opinion the injections did not hurt at all. Dr Eric extracted the grafts out of the Donor area. After a break dr Asi put them in the receiving area.The doctors were involved in the surgery the whole time. Both of them were super friendly and cared about me the whole time. I felt very comfortable. The surgery did not hurt . After 5-6 Hours the surgery was over. The next day the doctors washed my head and on day 3 I returned back home. The doctors stay in contact with me the whole time. If there are any issues i can contact them. If I decide to do another hair transplantation I would return to trichogenics.

Dec 24,2023I recently had a hair transplant carried out by the Trichogenics’s team and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. The accommodation and travel around Istanbul were organised by the Trichogenics’s team, which made the experience hassle free as a top quality hotel and taxi firm was used. When attending the clinic I couldn’t have felt more welcomed by the team personally meeting all those who were going to carry out the procedure. Doctors Asi and Eric clearly and throughly explained the procedure to me and answered any questions I had showing how experienced they are and how patient care was a top priority. After the operation aftercare was discussed in detail and a kit given with after care supplies, upon returning home communication had be great and any new questions answered promptly. I would highly recommend Trichogenics’s to anyone who is interested in getting a hair transplant they really put the patient first and made the full procedure an easy and enjoyable experience.

After the first FaceTime meeting with Dr ASI and Dr Eric and not an assistant or technician, I knew these were the right Doctors for me. Dec 06,2023everything I write in this post is 100% correct and comes straight from the heart. before I chose to have a hair transplant done at Trichogenics, I did research for 1.5 years. there are thousands of clinics, so it is a really difficult choice to choose the right clinic. after being there I really feel like I hit the jackpot and I couldn't be happier with my choice of clinic. I have made many choices throughout my life, where my choice of Trichogenics has 100% been my best choice in my entire life. my situation and age: I was 19 when I spoke to them for the first time and 20 when I had the operation. my hair loss has been very aggressive the last 3 years. I contacted the clinic in March, where I booked a meeting with the doctor himself, Dr Asi. I sat and talked to the doctor himself for 30 minutes. it's a big thing to talk to the doctor directly!!! - during my meeting with dr asi he told me to start finasteride and stay on it for half a year before we had to plan further. after the meeting, I was sent a whole document about my current sittiaution and what i could be expected to be done ( really professional!) . after half a year on finasteride and slightly improved hair, i spoke to dr eric. he told me the risk of having a hair transplant and told me that it was a really big choice to make. he understood my situation well but just told me to think twice before making the choice to have it done. Why did I choose Trichogenics?: trichogenics thinks about the future and the current situation, and will not overgraft one's donor area, as in principle you will be able to experience more hair loss in the future. they also say it is important to be on medication before and after the operation, as medication will slow down hair loss and could mean fewer grafts taken from the donor area. also so you know if you are a good candidate for a hair transplant, as medication can cause side effects. Dr Asi and Dr Eric are members of the World Fue Institute and ISHRS ( which is a really important and good factor when choosing a clinic ) trichogenics has one patient a day, where they have two doctors in charge of the operation (dr Asi and Dr Eric) they also have a fantastic team around the two doctors.( it's a really big thing to have two doctors over an operation and one patient per day!!) in the end I chose them because I had a good feeling and knew that they have the patient as their first priority. the journey and experience at Trichogenics: I flew to Turkey on the 26th november with my mother and my brother, where we were picked up in a nice Mercedes-Benz that was like a limo. you got a small gift bag, and you could take all the snacks and drinks you wanted. the driver drove us to the 5 star hotel where we were to stay until Wednesday. the hotel was fantastic, and you felt like a little boy at “home alone 2” when you lived and were transported in the nice Mercedes-Benz between the hotel and the clinic every day. the day after we arrived, we drove to the clinic where I was to be operated on. Before I had the operation, Dr. Eric told me some important things about a hair transplant and he explained it step by step. really good information and really professional!! during the operation there was dr Asi, dr Eric and the fantastic team. the operation itself was more pleasant than painful as you just lay there and got a massage. in the middle of the surgery I also came out of the operating room and had some really good food. they did a really nice and natural hairline on me. in all, it was about 2800 grafts, and I am very much looking forward to seeing the full result. after the operation I was given some specific medicine and a really good neck pillow. the day after the operation, I should have washed my head, where I also got the bandage off. shortly after I got the bandage off I passed out ( normally I pass out easily). when I woke up there were 8 around me and they were really quick to take care of me. they put me on a drop, took my blood pressure and a blood test. I got soda, cake and a really good sandwich. they took really good care of me, really good service! because I passed out, they wanted to see me the next day before I left for home. really really good service! I also got dr Asi's What app number, so I have to keep him updated with pictures of my hair every day ( also a really good service!) Dr Asi, Dr Eric and the whole team are all fantastic, really skilled and good at providing a high level of service. the clinic itself is nice and clean with good hygiene. Dr Asi and Dr Eric are also really good at speaking English and they make sure you understand everything. all information before and after is taken at the same pace, and everything is under control. top top communication and clinic! overall this is one of the best experiences of my life and 100% the best choice. From the initial consultation to getting picked up at their airport, Dr Eric and Dr Asi's team treated me with the upmost care and professionalism. The procedure was quick and painless, I felt like I was in and out in no time. Big thanks to Naz for being so warm and accommodating, Catherine for welcoming me into the country in the best way possible and the entire Trichogenics family for making sure that I felt comfortable at all times. Nov 19,2023Just back from an amazing experience having my procedure done at Trichogenics. From the initial consultation I was so impressed to have a chat directly with Dr Asi, after this consultation I was provided with a detailed breakdown of what they would be able to do for me. Based on this and how professional, honest and knowledgeable Dr Asi was I booked straight away. The organisation of it all was stress free and all I had to do was provide my flight details to the patient care manager Naz who did the rest. Naz arranged everything perfectly and everything ran like clock work. When I landed in Istanbul I was greeted by Catherine who was so nice and gave myself and my partner some great tips about Istanbul, she accompanied me to the amazing 5* hotel ensuring I got checked in. Naz kept in contact throughout and provided me details of what would be happening the next day (day of the procedure), I woke up very nervous and made my way to the clinic in the luxurious car. When I arrived I was greeted by Naz who immediately made me feel less nervous by her warm and welcoming nature. Dr Eric then greeted me and took me through the plans for the day. Dr Eric also helped put any worries aside as he too was warm, welcoming and professional yet it all felt very chilled out. Dr Eric and Asena took their time on the hairline and carefully measured and marked it out ensuring I was happy before proceeding. The procedure itself was pretty much pain free, I had seen comments on forums online saying the initial injections are painful but for me this was max 2/10 pain wise. Dr Eric did the first part of my procedure working on the extractions with Asena and the team. I felt relaxed throughout as the whole team constantly checked if I was comfortable. We then stopped for lunch and I was provided with an amazing meal and then I was back into the room for the channel creation part. This part was done by Dr Asi and Asena & Team. I was so lucky to have both the docs and I really felt in good hands throughout. I was so relaxed and pain free that I almost felt myself falling asleep at points. Not long after, the procedure was over. I went back to the hotel and slept. The next day I returned to the clinic for the clean and again got to see Naz, Dr Asi and Dr Eric as we had a chat. Dr Eric then explained the aftercare in detail, provided his personal number for any aftercare support. To finish up, this is a top notch clinic snd Dr Eric, Dr Asi, Naz, Asena and the whole team are amazing and you are in professional safe hands! Everyone is also just so genuinely nice! Thanks again for an amazing experience!

Feb 07,2024Dr. Eric and Asi Peretz are exceptional in their craft; they truly go above and beyond to ensure their patients have the most optimal results. I found it endearing that they were transparent and honest with every step of the process, while also demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Trichogenics is innovative in the field of restorative medicine and hair transplantation, and it shows in their clinic with the state of the art technology. Moreover, the approach of one patient per day goes to show how patient-centered Trichogenics is; everyone was so kind and the hospitality was second to none. Naz superbly communicated the logistics of appointment booking, to scheduling pick-up times, and I absolutely appreciated how she made herself available to answer anything I needed for my stay. Additionally, having Gifti greet me upon arrival at the airport with her warm and friendly disposition was a wonderful way to start off the personalized experience. As a healthcare professional myself, I cannot emphasize enough the impeccable bedside manners of Dr. Eric and Dr. Asi. They are truly caring individuals and they are great listeners. They always checked in with me to ensure that I was comfortable, and they tailored their approach to the patient (me), all the while showcasing why they are both experts in the field. The same goes for Minè and the nursing staff; I had nothing but confidence in their skills. The entire clinic is a well-oiled machine with immaculate team work. The day flew by, and I appreciated everyone for their authenticity; they’re genuinely fun people to be around! I wholeheartedly recommend Trichogenics. I had an amazing experience, and I wish Dr. Eric, Dr. Asi, and the entire team every bit of success that they deserve.
