Sep 21,2021Honestly even 1 star is too good for this “company”. I purchased an item from this scam company and was told it would take 2-3 weeks for shipping after 4 weeks I reached out to them about my order and I got an email saying that they would look into it right away except an entire 2 weeks went by and they never did so I emailed them again and no reply. I then proceed to contact them on Instagram and they never answered me until I start commenting that they were scammers on their posts that’s when someone reached out saying they would have a representative call me about my issue. A whole week goes by and no one calls. They have ignored all my messages and emails. This company should be taken down because they are scammers and don’t actually have the hype items they claim to have.

Sep 05,2021I paid for a pair of shoes from Trill Market two months ago. Still have yet to get any tracking information. I had to contact them on several occasions and was called and insured that I would get tracking soon. I still have nothing. Now they won’t respond to emails.

Sep 29,2021I have multiple orders that I have gotten no tracking for and when it says 2-4weeks to see an update and it has been closer to 2 months. I reached out to the service team and after telling me they would reach out on the shipper and get back to me, they never did. I am wanting to get my items or money back and cancel my subscription at this point.
