Sep 17,2022I have found Trinity flooring very helpful when choosing our hall carpet, they explained about the pile & the need for a hard wearing carpet The carpet was fitted today, and I am very pleased both with the carpet & the professionalism & help from the fitter who only fits carpets from Trinity Excellent customer care!

Jul 25,2022Easy to deal with. Visited new shop in Tenterden, took away swatches and lady came round to measure up the following day. Quote received by email within a few days and fitting date arranged. They made a good installation and took everything away. No compalaints , everything as I would have wanted it to be.

May 18,2022Excellent and efficient service. Went to store and they were out the same day to measure up despite the bank holiday weekend as we were in a time pressure to get carpets fitted. Great price and the fitter was excellent. Highly recommend!

Apr 07,2022Great service from the Trinity team, turned our house carpet free in a few days only and installed flooring everywhere. The finishing looks great and after 2 months still haven't found any flaws in it, really looks as if this were the house original flooring. The new floor is good quality as atested by my kids jumping running and dropping toys everywhere but no scratch can be found.

Dennise and her showroom team went over and above with their expert help and advice on vinyl flooring for our hallway and kitchen. They supplied good sized examples to see which worked best for us. The price given was a package which included the measuring the vinyl flooring, screeding and laying of the flooring. With no hidden extras. We would like to thank Daren and Joe for their fabulous clean tidy and professional workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Denise and her whole team at Trinity Flooring. Well done all. We are over the moon with our new look 😊.

Dec 08,2021Absolutely fantastic - I can not speak highly enough of Denise and the team at Trinity. We had a massive refurbishment project on our hands. Denise came to site and advised on suitable types of flooring and carpets. Not only was the advice invaluable, she also left plenty of samples at lots of price points and explained the pros and cons of each type. We chose the flooring and could not have been happier with the fitting and service - punctual tidy fitters who worked with care in our newly finished house causing minimal fuss and disruption. I would not hesitate to recommend Trinity flooring for a professional approachable service with excellent products and customer care.

Nov 03,2021The final piece of our carpet puzzle completed by an amazing company - Trinity Flooring you are the best for flooring top to bottom. We have had our luxury vinyl flooring throughout downstairs and now a beautiful comfy carpet up the stairs landing and 2 bedrooms. A superb service from entrance into the showroom to fitting. We have had continuous contact throughout the order, could not fault this company and certainly would not go anywhere else now. Highly recommend Trinity Flooring for all your flooring needs at very competitive prices too.

From our initial visit to the shop, discussing and advising us on the type of carpet required to the careful installation and polite team working in our house, Trinity have provided an outstanding service and excellent quality installation.
