Jan 02,2025Where do I begin?! Not only did they send me a diseased plant they also wouldn't give me a full refund. Absolutely shocking a professional plant trader would send a plant dripping in thrips which could have contaminated my entire plant collection. And to be offered not a full refund is diabolical. In response to your reply . You took over 10 days to respond and that is not ok. As for sending the plant back that was dripping in bugs. I wouldn't ask my mum to spend her time boxing up a plant that needed to go in the bin. An why on earth would to want to have a diseased plant in your warehouse! So yes I wasn't pleased with your extremely poor customer service! You sent a faulty unusable item, why should I have to return it when you had clear proof of the photos of all the thrips on it!. You are lucky I didn't go to the bank to do a charge back! This item wasn't fit for sale and you know it. Carry on ripping people off, you won't last long in business. Id suggest you spend less time arguing about your poor service on trust pilot and more time looking after your diseased and infested plant stock!

This is my first time of using this nursery, I am most impressed with both the quality of service and plants which were securely packed and arrived in perfect condition. I have no hesitation in recommending this company unreservedly. Thank you.

Jul 02,2024Can't recommend highly enough! I contacted Tropical Plants UK for assistance sourcing plants in bulk for two large conferences. They went above and beyond to give recommendations and discuss options, the plants arrived very quickly and looked great. The team was also really friendly. Would 100% use them again!

Jun 23,2024The thai constellation plant that i received first from them had a problem and start dying few days after receiving it but after reaching out to them it was sorted out. I got a new healthy plant which is doing great. Kayleigh was super helpfull and kind.enough to send me a new one . Thank you so much i appreciate the gesture .

Jun 20,2024Plants were in excellent condition and suffered very little shock when transplanted immediately. Acclimatised well. Word of warning though. Try to order your plants by Wednesday at the latest. I ordered mine on a Thursday and missed delivery next day so they were held in darkness over the weekend. Testament to the plants strength.

Jun 12,2024My plant arrived looking nothing like the plant I’d seen online after being advertised that you would receive the exact plant in the image. The one in the image was a thriving plant and the one I received looked chopped down and sad. After reaching out to customer support was told that the verigated monstera (at £100) originally tried to order had oedema, which no one had stated previously and I was offered discount on my plant or I was to return it. Currently in the process of returning the plant, but I would not purchase from here again. Much more reputable sites to buy high quality plants from The only good thing I can say about this is the delivery timing, but even when it came to delivery there was no tracking information or confirmation of any kind.

Jun 11,2024Price was reasonable for Thai monstera cutting , delivery time great , however the condition of the plant wasn't so great, tear in one leaf which wasn't fresh ( not caused by delivery ) and also a break in another leaf leaving it hanging downwards at the end. When there is only 3 decent size leaves and 2 are damaged that's not what I expected. A little disappointed that they didn't select a better one for me as these are quite expensive. No reply 1st contact made about my issue Update. After contacting a second time they did reply and have resolved my issue with a replacement in a timely manner. Hopefully no issues this time.

May 23,2024I wanted 2 hydrangeas in pots for my friends birthday, wasn't sure how big they would be and didn't want to gift a twig, rang and spoke to the most helpful and knowledgable man Sam, told me all about the bloom, size, pots, swift delivery - arrived and they are stunning, one in bloom other with lots of buds, far exceeded my expectations and pictures on the website, he even added pink ribbon. First purchase and would definitely recommend
