Aug 21,2024These sellers are frauds and scammers. They sent me a inadequate wig, layered and chopped up instead of the 18 inches I paid for, and when I reported this they offered to refund me a small discount of £25 to my paypal. I agreed as the hassle of sending back to China was not one I was interested in. They then said that the terms for my receiving this refund was that I had to leave them a 5 star review and close the dispute I had open with them. I stupidly agreed, and then they failed to pay me and went silent, knowing I could no longer edit my review and give an accurate description of my experience. Totally fraudulent company, but I guess it was my mistake in trusting them to keep to their word in the first place. Beware guys, do not shop here!!!!

Jun 15,2024DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! my wig was extremely big and and after having it on for acouple days (4) it kept getting tangled like synthetic hair does. I tried dying the wig and nothing! I and after washing it the hair was extremely tangled and hard to comb out knots.. how did I even get knots in a wig I was washing that I never even used glue on??!

Apr 22,2024This company is a scam. If I could give it -100 stars I would. I thought it was a real company due to all the reviews on TikTok, but I’m now realizing all the reviews are paid and not real. I didn’t listen to the reviews that the company is a scam because there were so many influencers on TikTok reviewing “tuneful hair wigs.” This company is not real and they will take your money. I ordered a wig a long time ago and never received it. Right after I ordered I got an email saying my order was confirmed and I would get an email when it’s sent out. Fast forward to weeks later, I haven’t heard anything since. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times but, remember I said it’s not a real company, I’ve never gotten a response and I’m pretty sure it’s because there is no customer service, seeing as though there’s no real business going on here. lol. DONT spend your money here cause I’ve been going through hell trying to get my money back!! It’s my loss though, I should have known better than to believe I would get a 30 inch colored wig for $200. Go shop with megalook hair or somewhere else if you’re looking for a cheaper wig!

I ordered 2 wigs from this company and received 2 blended 80/20 wigs that barely take to bleaching the knots, and immediately smell like burnt synthetic if you apply any form of heat to them. I reached out to the company to resolve in which they agreed to a partial refund of I agreed to end my dispute. I agreed and ended my dispute only for the company to then back peddle on the deal stating I would need to pay them a fee for even raising a dispute and proceeded to ghost me. Do not buy from this company at all.

Sep 02,2023I have not received a tracking number ever since I made this purchase 3 days ago. I have tried contacting them through their email, website and whatsapp. Still no response. Now I want to cancel my order but there is no option for cancelation. Do not ever order from this website, take your money somewhere else. They do not respond to messages at all. UPDATE : they have the same bad behavior on aliexpress. Does anyone know how to report a website for fraud.

Jun 13,2023Wigs are in fact NOT 100% human hair or virgin hair. Only 1 blonde wig can be colored. None of the others can be lightened. Don't fall into their false advertising. True human hair can be colored whenever you want and changed at a wim.

Dec 11,2022DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The customer service took almost 3 weeks to respond. They sent me the wrong wig and the wrong color. They argued that the wig was the same. They did not adhere to their return policy. The wig is in tact, the lace was not cut. The wig was not brushed, combed, cut still in the package, and they will not let me return it for a refund. It clearly says on their website that they will take returns and give refund if wig is in the condition it was sent. I am very very upset!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Nov 07,2022Tuneful are not honest professionals. The order took extremely long to receive confirmation of the process. We had to cancel the order. Delivery time said 3-5 days. Ten days went by and we heard nothing. After giving a cancellation notice they decided to email back saying they were on lockdown inside the company and could not go home. If you can’t go home why is it taking so long to send out the unit that says 3-5 days delivery? They lied and said it was delivered and it was not delivered. It was delivered days after they stated that. Terrible business.

Mar 26,2022The hair is so beautiful and gorgeous If your looking for a curly lace I recommend to order this lace right now because you won’t regret a thing, the lace is so full and soft and the curly pattern is sooo pretty, when I was washing the lace it didn’t even shed like that, I ordered a 22inch and it was just soo long and full for me, the shipping was pretty fast it took a week to arrive, and the communication with the buyer was very good.
