Mar 14,2022Bought the DIY kit to save on shipping to the US. Everything was perfect. All parts were organized and high quality. The instructions were clear. I had several questions and each was answered promptly. Excellent! I built my rocker and all works well. It does take some woodworking skills to build. And with the high cost of quality Baltic birch, I really didn’t save that much. But it was a fun project. But I probably should have just bought the finished rocker. But I’m happy.

Mar 13,2022An already excellent product backed up by some of the best customer service I have come across in decades of buying stuff online. Am not a performance cyclist by any stretch of the imagination (hello fellow Zwift cat Ds) but the Realplate just gives a much more enjoyable experience on any ride; the added motion means you no longer feel that you've put down roots and will start to photosynthesise at any minute once you've gone over the hour. Service absolutely exemplary too, and that's before, during, and after purchase. Thoroughly recommended.

Quick free delivery which was only marred by DHL tracking system (quoted wrong day and tracking wasn’t accurate) Well packaged and unfortunately not tried it with Wattbike yet as I’m injured but confident it will be great. Couple of mistakes on the assembly instructions quoting wrong bolt sizes and supplied pump a bit underwhelming but the product is good. After posting my original review the company founder, Steve, contacted me and apologised for the mistake on the instructions and offered to provide an up-rated pump; great to see such prompt and proactive follow up!

Mar 02,2022Great service. Steve was extremely efficient and helpful with assistance and information during the order process. Also, I received next-day delivery with a reputable courier company, which all adds to the high level of service. The rocker-plate itself works really well and makes the ride feel more natural and comfortable. Glad I went with the full motion as I think the fore and aft movement has a positive impact. Also it is nice to buy British and support a growing business. Highly recommend.

Mar 01,2022Packing and delivery. It was delivered on time however not suitable to be left in a ‘safe place’. Packing was damaged and the blue foam ripped causing damage to the board. 3/10 Set Up. Man this is difficult to do on your own. There is very little guidance on particular pressures to weight and Nothing on max pressure. 3/10 Use. After a long period messing with air pressures around it finally works. 8/10

Feb 28,2022This is a great product and creates a similar experience to being out on the road. Be patient with the initial set up as you will need to tune the inflation of the bladders to your personal feel. Once completed the benefits are excellent and the comfort allows you to ride longer without the need to keep adjusting your position on the saddle. The customer service is superb and personalised to your specific questions. I would certainly recommend the Turbo Rocker and the benefits it returns. Thanks Steven & the team.

Used it for the first time today - warm up and stage 1 of the Tour of Sufferlandria - 2hours 45 in total, which would normally have contact points tingling and hips and knees grumbling, but with the rocking motion feeling much more Road like, all good! Very impressed - and at a great price!

Feb 22,2022Picked up my React board yesterday. Had a lovely chat with the owner and found out about the development and build process. Beautifully constructed with quality materials. Easy to install at home and get ready to ride. The notes say be brave and the ride is easy although there is a technique to getting on and off. You have to get use to the board dipping as you get on but you will get used to that. Lovely ride with movement which from my first few rides is really good and from friends who also have these types of boards they will not go back to a static trainer. Customers service is outstanding. Very quick responses to enquiries.
