Jun 17,2023Fantástico! He tardado un tiempo en hacer la review porque quería comprobar mi REALPLATE REACT STEALTH en un periodo de tiempo razonablemente largo... y la experiencia es muy buena. Se mejora mucho la experiencia de uso, la capacidad de ponerse de pie en la bicicleta, de aguantar tiradas largas, incluso la sensación de cansancio durante la sesión. Hoy por hoy no podría entrenar si ella. En cuanto al trato y al servicio, Steven te acompaña en todo momento y te ayuda a sentirte cómodo a pesar de la importante inversión que realizas y la compleja experiencia que puede terminar siendo comprar en UK desde España tras el Brexit. Enhorabuena Steven, creo que tu pequeña empresa es un ejemplo de diseño de productos, de calidad en la construcción y, finalmente, de servicio y atención al cliente. Thanks

Apr 20,2023I had been researching Rocker plates for quite a while. I rode a trainer on plates and I was hooked. Came across Turborocks early in my search, this name kept popping up. I went to the website and was really impressed with the videos and reviews. Unfortunately I was in Canada and they are made in England. I had to check further……On contacting Steve the owner he explained everything. One price, a REALLY competitive price would get aTurborocker to my door. Here it is, 5 days later and they will be delivered today!!! Amazing. I know Im going to love the Turborocker and I have full confidence in Steve, he has what many a company seem to lack, caring and customer service. I will post pics on site when Im set up. dont let shipping worry you, go ahead and check Turborocks out

Apr 06,2023After cycling outdoors for 10+ years, I moved completely to indoor cycling in 2020. So, I decided now it was time to try a rocker plate with my Kickr Smart Bike. I cycle about 6 days a week (250km+ & 2500m elevation). I was also having some saddle comfort issues on rides longer than 90 mins. I selected the TurboRocks Real Plate React Stealth due to their product info, reviews & return policy. I was hesitant at first since I’m in the US (California) & shipping could be a problem from the UK. However, I couldn’t have been more pleased with how fast & easy the shipping process worked. First, it was fast!! Delivered in one week from order date. Package was easily tracked every step of the way & company kept me updated often. The package was wrapped in black plastic around cardboard with foam protectors around the edges. It arrived without any damage. Setup was easy & my Kickr Bike fit with Velcro straps over the cutouts. The bike is almost centered so made it almost level at the start. After putting some air in the balls, I was ready give it a go. Right off the bat, I appreciated the fore/aft movement as being a big plus. It would be worth it for this movement alone. The side to side movement took much more time to get used to. After a few kilometers, I realized I needed more air in the balls. It had just too much sway to each side. Once I got the balls to the right inflation for me, it was much easier to manage. Standing takes a little more getting used to but honing in on that after the first week. Now after a full week of cycling, I am really enjoying the extra dynamic of both directions of movement. The fore/aft movement feels much better than the static bike and helps me move more in the saddle thus helping with saddle comfort. Now that I am used to side to side movement, I’m finding that it’s a whole lot of fun to really lean into curves and winding roads especially on the downhills. This extra dynamic of movement just adds another positive dimension to what was already fun indoor cycling. The rocker plate itself is well made & put together. I got the Stealth version so it’s all black with a textured surface so it looks good in my setup. It does add about 7.6-10cm of height so you may need to raise your table if you have one. Lastly, TurboRocks support has been right on point with regular shipping updates, instructions for setup and following up for anything I might need. Kudos to them for being customer oriented! Sure, you can go the DIY route (TurboRocks has a DIY kit) and cut, sand & paint the wood yourself. But as much as I cycle, it was worth the extra amount to have it fully done & ready to go. I’m quite happy with my purchase and would recommend TurboRocks rocker plate to anyone looking for extra realism and improved bike comfort for their indoor cycling.

Apr 06,2023My Realplate React was in the mail the day after I ordered and arrived here in the US in 5 business days! Arrived in great condition ready to ride as promised. I put some air in the balls and this mornings ride on Zwift was like the very first time on a bike since I first learned at age 5. Going to take some time to learn how to ride but I have no doubt i can dial it in. Looking forward to long days in the saddle!

Mar 11,2023I buy lots of bike ‘bits’ online but this has been, by a long chalk, the best experience I can remember. Shipping was super-fast and the packaging did the job perfectly. Quality is absolutely first rate and set-up couldn’t have been much easier. Comms from Steve were great throughout. In terms of ride experience, the improvement the React makes is more than I could have imagined. Literally night and day. Ride feel is a little unusual at first, but became second nature after only 10 or 15 minutes. The bum pain and shoulder stiffness I had become so accustomed to are now consigned to the past! I made the right choice. I am delighted and couldn’t recommend the product or the buying experience highly enough.

Jun 27,2023The only reason I'm giving a 1 star.. is you use Royal Mail to send your items. And Royal Mail are the worst delivery company anyone could use. I fully expect to be waiting at least 7-10 days for my 48 hour delivery.
