Dec 12,2024First time ordering wood so did some research and chose UK logs direct. They were the only company that showed videos of their product aswell as pictures on their site. Ordered Kiln dried Ash. After placing order I was updated regularly regarding delivery date. Wood also comes with a document stating moisture content and is fully wrapped and protected from any weather elements. Driver managed to get delivery in garage instead of kerbside delivery which I much appreciated. Saved me hours of work. As for the product, Yes there is cheaper wood out there but you get what you pay for. The large crate of ash will last me throughout the winter no problem. Great service and product. Will order again.

Dec 09,2024First time using UK Logs Direct. Was so pleased with the logs delivered, a half crate. All identical length, split in quarters or halves lengthwise, seem to all be the same wood. Closely packed. Filled my log store. Have started to burn them and they all burn well. Delivery great and the driver helpful. Very happy. Would recommend.
