Nov 11,2024Crate exactly as described and shown on video. Securely packed together and wrapped. Logs all a good size and length. Crate is stacked 4 deep, I think most are only 3 deep. Booked a PM delivery so I knew I'd be around in case of any issues. Courier wheeled it straight into garage. I knew we wouldn't have trouble with short drive and access by pallet truck. Do read the notes about deliveries for crates. Drivers don't work for UKLogsDirect so I'd guess they would dump on road if they can't get to where you want it put.

Nov 11,2024Logs burn very well and with the discount are competitively priced. Nets are slightly smaller than my other supplier however this makes them easier to move around. Will definitely use UK Logs Direct again.

Nov 06,2024Great service as always. I've been ordering for years and the quality and consistency is excellent. I tend to go for either oak or birch, but even the cheaper mixed hardwood was great quality. Consistently dry and clean burning.

Nov 06,2024Email with offer came through, and easy to follow to website for ordering. The ordering process was very simple, and the delivery instructions/information was clear and easy to follow. The heat logs arrived very quickly, and the courier was able and willing to drop them exactly where I wanted. The logs themselves are packaged firmly (though in plastic) and do not slip within the packaging. They burn easily and give out generous heat with little ash residue. In our stove each one can last up to 40mins, though if you open up the draught you can get much more heat at the expense of longevity.
