Decided to place an order before the price went back up, but unlucky for me, the price dropped £30 between ordering and delivery of the order. Tough luck on a regular Customer! Happy with UKLogsdirect’s response so now giving 5* for an otherwise excellent, prompt service.

Aug 27,2024Logs ordered. Decent price for a large pallet of ash wood. It looks brilliant but till I put the burner on can’t really say on the wood itself. Delivery on time and the delivery driver took the crate and dropped it off in back of garage. Great all round experience. If the woods good they will become my go to supplier.

Aug 24,2024Excellent company, great product and super discounts if ordered in bulk and early. Last year purchased a quarter pallet of pini kay heat logs to test them. They burned hot and long, far better than traditional logs. This year bought a full pallet for only double the price! Customer service and delivery was superb, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy eco friendly fuel for their woodburner. May seem expensive compared to traditional logs but their burn time, emissions and heat output is far more efficient so although you get less bulk you get more heating.

Easy to navigate website with great customer support when I called to discuss a purchase. I purchased a large crate Birch wood which was delivered exactly when stated with tracking updates via text and email. Crate arrived very tightly packed, no empty voids and the quality of the wood is fantastic. I have a moisture probe and all wood sits around the 0.6 to 0.8 moisture level which is perfect. I have purchased seasoned wood previously which is usually around 2.0 moisture and when purchasing the large crate the price is virtually the same as buying the ton grab bag of seasoned. Amazing from start to finish. Will definitely use again. Thank you
