Apr 01,2024Customer service from this company was amazing. I ordered a log basket on Tuesday for a present which btw is absolutely lovely. It was expected in 5-7 days of ordering. I received an email from Mark the Director asking me if I would like it sent out on Thursday to receive Friday, which it was. You don’t often get service like that. Recommend all to use them.

Also they were delivered in a time slot and the currier gave us tracking and a phone call before delivery. Product was excellent and of consistent size.
