Dec 16,2023I bought an actuator valve which initially didn't work and Nick went to great lengths to help me, even to the point of printing a spacer to increase the stroke of the valve. He really took responsibility for the problem - a rare thing these days, and one which should be valued! Thanks, Nick, for your great service!
