My fault because I didn't understand the process, but as is oft mentioned, Jamie stepped in and promptly resolved my problem. All up and running in an instance. Delighted to now be using a newer generation of familiar software. So service was exemplary, and additionally I paid what I know was a very fair price. So, what's not to like?

Jun 26,2022I bought a graphics card that seemed to have an issue and Jamie was super supportive, fast, responsive and engaged throughout the process which led to the issue being resolved. In the end it was actually my rig's fault :s So conclusions- 1. They ship a reliable product. 2. If there was a problem with the product the support is there all the way to your resolution. 3. I will shop here again next time i need a component.
