Good hosting service. Convenient control panel. Affordable prices. There are problems in those areas. But tech support is cool and will always help. There are ways to improve the quality. There is no connection via the console by default, you need to use putty. I understand security and so on. But there is no default choice. For this reason, the authorization settings sometimes fly off after reinstalling and again you need to write to support. In general, good hosting.
Support was responsive and though it took some back and forth, did resolve my issue by adding an IPv6 address to my server.
Glitchy service and slow CX service not good for critical services after this month I'm moving to another VPS host

Great service
Server has been down since I got it with unknown reason causing it to reset. Day later and I still haven't had a reply back about the status or if the issue is resolved just that they were looking into it a day ago. Just stuck with and open ticket and guessing. Not making the first few days renting from the company the best experience I've had...
Had nothing but server issues since purchase.
The server did not work and I have not gotten a refund for it yet.

The server wouldnt show up and the couple times it did I would come back and would be gone again. It was a pain and it took 3 hours of only seeing the server pop up a couple of times then just disappear for me to think there prob better server sites out there.
