Dec 23,2021Alex was first class demonstrating great customer service and a proactive approach to resolve an issue that was outside the control of Ungraded. My online order was dispatched promptly by Alex but got a little lost with a 3rd party courier. I emailed Ungraded on the 21st Dec and received an immediate reply from Alex. The email showed genuine empathy and detailed how they were going to resolve the situation. I was reasurred that I would have the order by Christmas (it's a present!) Alex got the courier moving, tracked the parcel and sent regular emails. 24hrs later I received the item :) followed by an email from Alex Summary: awesome products and faultless customer service even when things don’t go to plan - I will be back :)
