Uniqletts is an independent family run property letting and management company thats been operating in London and its surrounding areas for the past 15 years. We believe that a professional and friendly service comes first and foremost. We focus our attention on providing each client whether landlord or tenant with a personal service tailored to suit their individual requirements.
Our office is in Bayswater, W2 however our property portfolio covers the entire London and Greater London area with properties from Surrey Quays to Slough.

I constantly communicate with Rupa, she is always available to speak to, she listens to our requests and communicates it to the tenants and help to solve problems when needed. It’s been pleasure dealing with her.

Viewing the property was straightforward and all our questions were answered either immediately or in a follow up email. Moving in/handover was just as simple and all issues (thankfully only minor ones) have been resolved very effectively.

While our flat had numerous issues, Rupa consistently assisted us in contacting the landlord and arranging for repairs. Although the resolution of problems sometimes took a while and Rupa seemed overwhelmed at times, most issues were eventually addressed. Overall, I would recommend the service from Uniqletts.
