It is fairly unusual to get the outstanding first class experience from companies these days but Kamil certainly goes above and beyond. Jun 30,2020We ordered a 6 tile centre piece for our new kitchen. We were unsure how it would turn out as the file we sent was not the best resolution and was a file of a photo from a 3rd party web site. No worries, it is wonderful. Don't expect a fast service of 5 or 6 days! This is a bespoke service not a far eastern mass production opperation.

Dec 19,2019I had such a good experience dealing with Liz and the team, they went above and beyond to get our tiles to us when we were left short of time due do a different company falling though. The quality of the tiles were fantastic even though the images we sent Unique tiles were not the best yet did a fantastic job reproducing them for us. Overall a fantastic experience and I would use them again without hesitation.

May 27,2019My wife and I wanted tiles with an impact to counter balance the plain styling and colouring of our new kitchen. After a brief research of the options, we visited Unique Tiles premises without appointment but were given a warm welcome and we were able to see the current work-in-progress and were amazed at the variety and versatility of what was being processed. Our wall tiles are oblong in plain white but with the area above the sink and the area above the cooker, we supplied UT with the tiles for them to print the two high resolution images I purchased as a download from the Internet. I was given all the help and attention I wanted to achieve the end result I wanted and was very pleased with the outcome.

Communication was exceptional, 2-3 week timeframe for completion and the packaging and delivery were seamless. We created the dog tiles for our dog themed holiday let and just put them up on the wall this weekend. We will certainly be ordering again from unique tiles for all our future holiday lets.
