It was nice to have a real person to reach out to so I could trouble shoot. They resolved the issue for me and showed me where to find the information in the future in around 15 mins. Oct 02,2024Every time I've needed support, help or service they're available within moments by chat or phone, no problem. The services have been great from three different continents forwarding calls to the US. It's a complicated compliance environment moving between countries, but UWT makes it look easy. I'll recommend them and continue to add services moving forward.

I went to sign up ONLY TO BE TOLD by Alex, that I had to pay for all IN-BOUND calls which any normal professional Telecommunication Company does not charge. What a total rip off - how dare they exploit the innocent consumers with such appalling SCAMS. Charging for calls which are free. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.
