Sep 09,2022Cause I've had problems when I changed my bank account in which they took a payment then cancelled the direct debit. I then had to do a bank transfer for last month and they have assured me that the direct debit is all set back up so we will see.

Sep 09,2022So far it has been a great experience. In the current climate and recent years I feel like a lot of companies have taken advantage of people in their situations etc but I feel I have for once been treated like a business should treat their clients!

Sep 05,2022Change of direct debit date each month. I have complained about a number of things and have been ignored. One of which included the company I am paying warranty for no longer active, however the monthly direct debit price has not changed.
