Feb 08,2019I have ordered two hinges for an UPVC door and paid £7.00 delivery. I took the seller advice named Scott to buy this particular items but they where the wrong ones. Called Scott and explained that the item was their suggestion as professional seller and that I would like to return and get the correct ones.He said that I need to return them at my own cost and pay 20% handling fees then place a new order. Stay away from this people, save your self hassle and time and go somewhere else. Bad company.

Feb 01,2021I needed help finding a replacement lockcase for a UPVC door. I'd wasted a good couple of hours driving around the usual household names to no success. I gave UPVC (Rotherham) a call. They told me to bring the old lockcase in and they'd be able to provide a replacement. It literally took them twenty seconds once I handed it over. Helpful, prompt and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.
