May 21,2015We paid a extra $75.00 for good delivery service and I am very upset that the delivery service called RL delivery wanted to charge me extra to use their lift gate on the truck or help from the driver! I was lucky to be home when the driver was there. He said he would have drove away and not dropped the package if I wasn't there! Wow! very upsetting! might not order the rest of my supplies from UrbanGirl!

And, they came with a lovely note from the company, really nice touch!! Recommend highly--reasonably priced, fast delivery and excellent quality. Would love to see them using Soy Ink, recycled paper, packaging and mailing materials! :)

May 16,2015I was having issues with placing my order (my own issues - not with the company or website) and I called with some questions and they were able to answer them immediately. Customer service was awesome and my planner came in really quickly. The only thing I would've changed would be a way to track your package or at least get an email when it was shipped! Other than that I got exactly what I wanted and I know I'll be ordering all my office supplies from UrbanGirl in the future!

Customer service researched the situation and got back to me with an answer. The items I ordered were top quality and I will definitely do much more shopping on this site. May 08,2015I chose the poppin tape dispenser and stapler set, mainly because I didn't want to risk having color variations. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out that way. I received all of the products I ordered quickly, but the colors (pink) are two different shades. I can’t put them side by side as I planned (bummer), but they work.

The Barker Creek Chevron Nautical and Beautiful file folders are just that, beautiful. They make me happy in a less than exciting business office.
