Purchased a perfume online but mistakenly received the incorrect order. 1 easy phone call to Urban Rituelle and with no hesitation they resent the correct one. Not only did I receive it within 2 days, but also with a little gift to apologise for the inconvenience! This is what good people and companies are made of! They will never lose my business. I love everything they stock and will continue to order from this amazing place!

Absolutely love the Lemongrass hand and body wash with eucalyptus. My sensitive skin appreciates this quality product. It smells great as well. Have tried many other products on my skin and can't praise this product enough. The online service and website are superb. Extremely quick postage. Definitely worth buying this from Urban Rituelle.

I just love Urban Rituelle my favourites are the hand creams, so rich and creamy also the Diffusers. I love Black Amber Rosewood and Cedar, I have them in different rooms in the house. I did manage to visit your store when I was in Sydney and I was overwhelmed with the products. As I live in Adelaide I have to order on line, so easy and prompt delivery

Excellent products. Fast delivery. Some aromas a little strong but overall love the quality and the unique scent combinations, and will continue to buy for self and as gifts for others. I have sensitive skin but no issues at all with the products I've tried so far.
