Aug 15,2024I needed to change my return flight and this made me very anxious, as the trip was for health reasons. I made the booking on their site, thinking that I will be chatting on some portal. I easily found their number and was connected to an agent call Sana. Sana was very very helpful and the process was very smooth and quick. She was very calm and understanding.The aftercare is caring, a refreshing change.

Before I got my E-ticket, craig called me to confirm that all my details were correct. If you like travelling with emirates, they offer the best deal. Try them, you won't be disappointed

Jul 19,2024My sister booked for international flight through this agency for herself, her husband and 3 kids, but after more than a month of following up, still they did not have a etickets. So until now, they are still fighting to get more than £3000 from their credit card company for a refund. This agency is a scam!! Beware using this agency!!

Received confirmation of booking however when we called the airline office at the airport they told me that I only got itinerary and not a ticket. Ruined my holiday and still chasing for refund. 8/8/24 my review has been flagged as fake by uselect , I can provide documents to Trustpilot team if requested.

Jul 08,2024Sold us flight tickets Fraudulently My family of 5 booked a flight for the Philippines on May 2024 and paid in full the same day. However, they only issued us itinerary and no e-tickets. Contacted them multiple times and we’re always told that they will email us the tickets before the day ends! The email address provided in the terms and conditions is non existent, our email bounced back, address couldn’t be found. And the manager refused to talk to us, apparently he doesn’t take calls. We contacted the airline, they can see our names but with expired booking and no emails or any communication from Uselect, contrary to what they said that they are awaiting reply from the airline. They tried to deny that Uselect is part of 360 travel group who cleared the money from our account and denied that Mr N M is their company director and that there’s no other way to escalate our complaints, we were told. Up to the time of this writing (08/07/24) No tickets nor refund issued. UPDATE AFTER REPLY FROM USELECT dated 8/8/24. Uselect contacted me via the phone on 18/07/24 ( 2 months after we bought our tickets) about above review, they have offered to speed my refund in exchange for either deleting my review or change it to three stars which I have refused, so I am bemused for them to deny this review and label it as fake. I was expecting at least an apology with promise to improve their service. For Trust pilot team. Please feel free to contact me for any further details, I can provide copy of email confirm payments, screen shots showing ticket still pending after 2 months of purchases, Barclays Bank messages confirm that my claim with them to recover our Money For trust pilot readers please let me know how to attach photos to my review.

I haven't yet needed to contact them by phone or request any flight changes, so I can't comment on those aspects of their service. However, all booking information is clear and typically arrives by email within a few hours at most after making a reservation
