Oct 04,2021Loft Space arranged a date to inspect and quote and, unlike others I contacted, kept to the arrangements and came on time. Andy gave a good impression, was able to offer a few alternatives and ideas at a decent price and showed expertise. The guys turned up at the agreed date to do the job, were polite and just got on with it efficiently and quietly, incorporating a change to the shelving I'd thought of. They left a really good loft space, all done neatly, new loft ladders installed and all ready to be used to store stuff and to put stuff in from other rooms while I sort them out. They left it tidy with a little bit of vacuuming to do after them but I do that anyway so no problem. I'm really pleased with what I've got.

The team on the day were efficient and tidy and spent time explaining what they were doing and how things like the new loft hatch worked. My only niggle is the Chris from loft insultation services keeps ringing me on my landline on a Friday - suspiciously started after I made my initial enquiry! I suspect there are bots trawling the website.
