Feb 20,2024Excellent service. Great work. I found the “Use Your Loft Space” advert in a local paper. Within 6 days of contacting Andy, he had visited, listened and advised what was needed in my loft, and I had received and accepted a written quote. Work commenced on the agreed date and the guys (Simon & Joe?) were friendly, very hard working, tidy, polite and respectful. All my insulation and boarding was completed in one day. I cannot fault this company and would recommend them 100% every time. Thank you.

Feb 19,2024From start to finish our experience with Use Your Loft Space has been wonderful. Andy was lovely during the initial meeting & advised us what we needed/what we didn't. The guys who did the loft, including Youl who fitted our light were all extremely professional & friendly. Our loft is now useable & easily accessible unlike before. All rubbish was removed from the property & the landing was left clean & tidy. Extremely happy customer & would recommend 100%

Feb 15,2024The work to improve insulation and storage facility was not straightforward due to an unconventional loft configuration. Despite that the work was done efficiently and work arounds were developed amicably and at a fair and reasonable price. Andy discussed the plan in detail, he agreed changes as the work progressed without delay and the installation team were always friendly and respectful of our property. I would certainly recommend Use Your Loft Space for loft insulation and storage solutions.

The work was done with minimal mess and the workers left the place clean and tidy and took away all rubbish. Would definitely use again. Reliable and genuine company.

On acceptance of the quote I was given an early start date. The two operatives arrived on time and quietly and efficiently set to work. The job was completed quickly and without any mess. Dec 27,2023Use Your Loft Space fitted a new loft hatch with ladder, top-up insulation to exceed current standards (and re-laid the existing insulation), installed new boarding over the central area (after removing the hotchpotch of existing boards) and raised shelving between the trusses on both sides of the loft. Andy came out promptly for the initial survey within a couple of days of our enquiry and provided a detailed quote within a few days. Having accepted the quote, a definite date was given for the work to be carried out and excellent communication was maintained during the 5 weeks that we had to wait. The two fitters who arrived as expected were very pleasant, explained what they were going to do, checked various details and proposed a few practical and aesthetic improvements (providing a "landing area" adjacent to the ladder to aid access and relocating the hatch opening slightly) before starting work. They carried out the work thoughtfully, neatly and efficiently (and surprisingly quietly) protecting our carpets, cleaning up after themselves and trying to keep as much heat in the house as possible while going in and out (it was a very cold day). All waste was collected the next day from outside our house for disposal. We are very pleased with the end results: a much more convenient and (hopefully) better organised loft storage space and a warmer house because of the extra insulation (we have already noticed the difference in how long our central heating needs to be on). All at a reasonable cost that was within the original quoted price. I am a contented customer and very happy to recommend Use Your Loft Space for loft improvements like this. Thank you.

We were unable to be there once job completed so Andy kindly arranged someone to come back on another day to suit us and show us everything.

Nov 30,2023I had some junk cleared from my loft, the old boarding replaced with additional insulation added under the new boarding, extra insulation added on the non-boarded areas with a new more modern ladder & hatch door added. The quoting process with Andy was smooth and organised, the price competitive and the install on the day was no-fuss with the team of 3 able to quickly clear out the junk, add the insulation and build the new loft items. An all round good experience. Thanks team!
