This was my first purchase; it’s been a month since I placed my order and I still have not received the tie set I ordered. I sent an email and they were quick to respond, which I appreciate. I’m still looking forward to the tie, it looked great on the picture; however, unless I’m extremely satisfied not sure I’m willing to wait over a month for a package again.

UYLEES your email to me was so horrible I wish the public could see what you said. Calling me a slanderer a liar and saying I was rude, when all I’ve done was bring to your attention that my order from 6 weeks ago hasn’t arrived. But then you drew incorrect assumptions and thought I was someone else. For the last time I DID NOT ORDER 6 TIE SETS AND IM NOT GETTING MARRIED....YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON. I ordered ONE tie set, I’m NOT getting married. Why won’t you see reason and actually speak to me like I’m a human being not trash!! One thing is for sure, you certainly see a different side to people when they get something wrong...oh boy I’ve seen Pride at its finest...I’m in utter shock. Other buyers, just be careful.

It took a really long time for the dresses to ship, and when they arrived they didn’t fit either of my daughters properly. One daughter is 14 and the other is 2. I tried to email and see if I could exchange the dresses and there was no reply back, even though the website said I would hear back in 24 hours. I won’t be ordering again.
