Feb 08,2025Delivery drivers were great and helpful but sofa arrived damaged. Unsure if this was caused by Furniture Direct or the Delivery Company. Cannot fault the drivers but very unhappy as we now have no sofa and cannot do anything as no one to contact on a Saturday!

We had a challenging delivery due to the size and weight of a table that needed to be delivered to our first-floor residence, which involved negotiating a flight of stairs. I would like to commend the exceptional performance of your delivery staff, specifically Sukhbir and Lakhuir. Despite the significant challenge presented by the heavy and bulky table, both Sukhbir and Lakhuir demonstrated outstanding professionalism and resourcefulness. They managed to overcome the difficulties posed by the narrow stairs and limited space without compromising on safety or care. Their friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that the delivery process was smooth and stress-free. My wife and I greatly appreciated their efforts and the respectful manner in which they treated our home and our property. Feb 07,2025This is the first time I've used V1 and I'm so impressed. They were in regular contact by phone and message and were polite and helpful. They delivered on time within the three hours given. (6am to 9,,am,). I didn't hear them deliver the 50kg package. Great guys.
