Oct 27,2021Very good service. Helpful and friendly. The mask is beautiful. It looks exactly like the one in the movie eyes wide shut. However I did not understand that the mask would be so small. It definitely does not suit an adult man but it suited my child who is 4 years old. It can be hung as an decoration on the wall.

Oct 03,2021I placed an order early last week, not certain when my 3 items could be delivered. To my delight and surprise, two were received in CT in a few days . When the third item did not arrive with the other two, I emailed veniceoriginal, and received an immediate reponse advising that this item was held up for by the Italian customs office for two days. So, all three items were instantly shipped and received within a week of entering the order - really exceptional service.

I love the idea of bringing artisans together. I will continue to check the website for latest offerings, there are treasures to be discovered! So many unique items, perfect for gifts. Sep 28,2021The crush of tourists hasn't completely eliminated the tradition of artisans in Venice, but they can be hard to find. "Venice Original" is a wonderful connector between these artisans and customers. I bought a wooden model gondola that is lovely.
