Jan 16,2016Our vet ophthalmologist recommended we try a new eye product that was not listed on the vetapproved website. When I talked with them on the phone about it, they found that they would be able to get it and had it posted on their website that same day. Our dog also needs a specific brand of eye wash. They are always very helpful in making sure we get the right one.

Jan 14,2016I placed an order for my dogs anti-seizure medication, and was sure that I had updated the shipping address to my new home. Unfortunately, the delivery was sent to my old address. Panicking, with only 4 pills left, I contacted vetapprovedrx.com to let them know what had happened. Sandy was very nice and understanding. She processed a new order for me at no charge and sent it via FedEx. It arrived just a day and a half later. I was very worried when I realized what had happened with the address mix up, but am very grateful to have found a company that cares and understands. Thanks!

Jan 12,2016I lived in Seattle and just moved. I needed a product that I was only able to find in Seattle and rally stuck as to how I would get it any more. Vetapproved not only had the product (which I ordered a large volume of) but they also had the service and foresight to give me a courtesy call to confirm that my order was correct and indeed the individual who ordered it. I was very impressed that a human actually picked up the phone to confirm my order, my identity and my method of payment. That just never happens today. Then they only had "some" of what I needed so they contacted me first to see if I wanted a partial shipment to get some product to me for immediate use while the rest of the order was filled. They got it to me fast. There are good people at the other end of the phone at Vetapproved and today that is so important to offering good customer service. Not my last, or only order, for Vetapproved. If I keep getting the service I received with my first order then you bet I am going to buy other products!
