Adidas Originals Garwen soft white leather trainers but monster feet size no wonder it still in stock, already had 2 pairs, luv 'em and knew I had to get a back-up pair before never seeing them again as they move on to new back cat ideas, last of very likely, so can wait 5 day delivery quoted but they came early, real early, plus the confirm order emails adds security so can say was impressed with this firm, excuse the pun. I received the wrong size! I ordered a size 12 as per the website and received an 11.5. A shipping label has not been provided to me to return the item.

I had several conversation with this company to get information on shipping dates, this was a lot of time and on my part. When I did receive the shoes they were not what I ordered ( wrong size), at this point I have tried to rectify the problem with several texts to the company representative. He now no longer answers my text or tries to make any attempt to address this problem. I am only looking for an exchange , to get the correct size , or an RA number (return authorization) to off set the time and expense of shipping the shoes back to UK (26.00 dollars).
