Feb 29,2020Paid £500 for some Valentino's and received the wrong colour. When i tried to contact them through e-mail and instagram they weren’t very helpful with how I’d go about return them. I had jus paid £500 plus p&p (£3.99). Now I have to pay to return them and apart from that on the returns advice it says i should send through recorded delivery AND insure them in case anything goes wrong, I might not get my money back? So that's another God knows how much. Very disappointed and definitely won’t be recommending or using them again in future. They don’t even have a contact number so you can call and actually speak to someone and when you e-mail message they get back to you next day If at all
