Jan 17,2023I had an order delivered with photo provided, left in my front garden, got home from work no parcel, contacted retailer again to be emailed back I have to take it up with DPD, sorry but my contract is with retailer not the carrier, I won't purchase anything again from this retailer.

Ordered two polo shirts online and one only turned up, contacted them to discuss problem and was told it’s not there problem its down to DPD, said they had proof of delivery in a big parcel bag however when asked to see the image had no response. Having CCTV myself and video doorbell can clearly see it’s a small parcel. Currently in dispute but please use payment that covers you if this situation happens!!!! Absolute SCAM of a company!
