Incredibly helpful as I had no clue what I was doing… so took the time talk me through it at a pace… even I could understand. Moreover these are genuinely “good” people. …. And the product is just sensational…. About a third of what we expected to pay with the same quality. Incredibly impressed!!!!!!!!

Mar 30,2022Ordered 3 LPD Utah doors. Unfortunately the manufacturer, LPD, sent them out using a none LPD delivery driver and one was totally wrecked. A quick email exchange with Callum at Vibrant Doors and he's got LPD to send a replacement out. No problem at all. LPD delivered the replacement using a LPD delivery driver and the item was in perfect order. In life things go wrong, but it's how a company deals with it that matters. Vibrant Doors were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again

Mar 30,2022Our builder built the frame and realised it was too small so a refund was point blankly refused .The frame was a different colour to the doors the side panels were a different colour to the doors and basically a bad experience never using these people again. Having received a reply to my review I feel I should update my rebiew withmore details. When ordering the french door set, myself and our builder measured the opening. The opening was too big at the time and so he built it to fit the frame measurements of the door set. However when the frame was put together it was too short. NOTHING was cut down or off the frame. In fact you state on the instructions that it is oversize to the measurements given to enable cutting down. we didn't need to cut it down as it was already shorter than the measurements given on the website which then meant it was too short for the opening that our builder had built. Not only that, the frame, the side panels and the doors are three different shades or wood. The quality is terrible. When I queried the size of the frame I was told that you would credit me £20 to buy some varnish and that because we had built the frame we were not entitled to a refund. Also as we had unpacked the doors and side panels these were seen as accepted and it was suggested that if I wanted replacement side panels and doors that I would have to pay to return them and pay for delivery of replacement ones. Seeing as the whole set was also different colours I find the customer service appalling. we have ended up having to get a bespoke frame made at substantial cost to us as the frame provided with the kit did not fit! Never use this company!

Mar 28,2022ZERO STARS. Doors are fine but vibrant's delivery company dropped the doors on my car causing £1500 of damage. The company accepted responsibility, but their courier and PLI insurance company are rejecting any liability leaving this damage, cost with me to deal with personally. I am now investigating a claim with my insurance company for legal recourse.

The doors I ordered was out of stock but I had a email the next day telling me and giving me my opinions , when the doors arrived a week later, with a text the day before to tell me the doors where coming, delivery was excellent. Doors are good quality and very happy with the service. Elliot and Callum was very helpful, Thank you

Mar 20,2022Awful customer service, originally ordered doors as available online, only to then be told that they were out of stock! I then had to wait another four weeks. Communication from company awful, had to chase and chase for an answer. That was in 2021. Now doors less than 12 months old have cracked wide open at major joint, customer services refuse to call me, only received email to say they can do nothing about it. Do not buy through this company or their sister company Vivid Doors, there are plenty of other doors suppliers who value their brand, reputation and clients more!!

Mar 10,2022Excellent Fire Doors, bought two fire doors from them for our extension. Rang them to check the stock and although the website showed 'in stock', it wasn't. Something which they can improve. However, they offered me Oak doors for the price of white primed doors (which we needed). Bit of extra work to paint them but cant fault the service and delivery!

Mar 07,2022Dreadful experience Firstly, doors that were ordered on line turned out not to be in stock after they had been paid for. Then on the morning of the delivery (with carpenters booked) their courier service (HDS) apparently broke down. Nice excuse. Apparently it takes a week to book another delivery. Just atrocious.

Mar 02,2022I ordered my doors and had them installed by a qualified carpenter . The single door not attached to the bi folds kepted in winding and even fell off nearly hitting me. I contacted the company who sent me an email stating that my qualified carpenter had put them in wrong and sent me further instructions that he already followed . All this without even speaking to us or seeing it ! Customer service appalling no help given at all . They sent me new brackets ,as a good will gesture apparently, that were damaged when it fell off and nearly killed me . Never again and wouldn’t recommend a very bad design !

We were kept updated (without needing to call) regarding delivery timeframes and the doors arrived in A1 condition when promised. Absolutely would recommend.
