I couldn’t ask for something so perfect than this. Each dollar spent in your service is worth it! I’ve dozens of friends that were wondering if getting an explainer video is good or not, but now that I’ve had my experience with you people, I’m recommending them all to don’t think another moment and go for you VideoJeeves! The video was sent to me right when I was promised, it looks and sounds great! I love it!

Apr 02,2019Things I liked about video jeeves, -> They negotiate on the pricing if apt. -> A very responsive and talented team. I have worked with Joanna and she is one of the best person to work with. -> They offer a wide variety of Voice over options. -> There script quality is precise and neat. I personally felt that there is a some chance of improvisations on the graphical representation of things. I am gonna work on a couple of more videos with them shortly.

The team took our direction and presented us with a script that took very minor edits, they were fast and clear with their communication. Oct 13,2018This organization is full of crooks. AVOID at all costs. We decided not to proceed with the production of our video hours after submitting payment and have battled for over 3 months to be reimbursed. Their "100% money back guarantee" is 100% fraudulent. It's been a horrible experience. We're processing a dispute with our credit card provider as they obviously refuse to refund us... all while smiling and lying to us with promises of cheques in the mail. Thanks for the incredible WASTE of our time and energy Video Jeeves. I hope you go out of business.

Sep 28,2018My employee used them to make our video and it was crazy late. They kept making mistakes - from wrong duration to pronouncing name wrong to uploading error video... they are only working when you are making a payment.

Joanna was the account manager on my project and absolutely amazing to work with and very thorough. Her attention to detail is second to none and ability to brighten your day with her upbeat attitude didn't go unnoticed. If you are looking for a marketing tool (Whiteboard) you wont find a more cost effective professional solution than Jeeves.

Joanna David always called when they had an update and promptly posted it on their portal. I'm looking to do another video with them.

Jun 04,2018I had a good experience with VideoJeeves. As another reviewer said, you have to have a very clear idea of what you want, and you must provide a script. The first two concepts were not what I was looking for and they quickly changed it. I sent them images that were very specific as to what I wanted. I didn't have a single issue other than what is expected when trying to convey your thoughts into words so they can execute them. Their price was very competitive,too. Joanna, the project manager, was always graceful and responded quickly to my needs.
