May 14,2024Price is great - from my calculations we saved 53 euros by bying a 3 day pass, we also saved some time by skipping long queues - both for tickets and the actual entry. Make sure though to do the math, because the amount of money saved depends a lot of attractions that you choose to visit. The only two downsides I can think of - it would be a lot easier if you could activate the pass anytime without loosing anything. Now if you activate at for example 2pm, you loose half a day. Also the customer service at pickup place could be better - of course it was nice, but for this price you could expect a bit more - like some introduction to the city, some questions to make sure that you have everything sorted etc.

May 11,2024The good thing was when you just walk into the museums because the entrance is already paid. But it was annoying when you still have to wait in queues to get a timed ticket for certain attractions.

May 10,2024Meine Erwartungen wurden vollends erfüllt. Selbst die reklamation ist schnell und unkompliziert vonstatten gegangen. Das Angebot generell ist sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man in kurzer Zeit möglichst viel in wien entdecken will. Wenn man es aber entspannt angehen will, ist es aufgrund des Preises und der Tagesbeschränkung nicht geeignet.

May 10,2024Although Vienna Pass was good to have to go around and assist in getting admittance to popular sites, I did not like how they do not advise in the audio of how to get to the sites, we were left wondering how to proceed to the sites listed. It would have been helpful, if the person who took our passes would say before reaching our stop, what sites can be found in the stop and general direction to get to the sites, rather than just leaving us at the stop. The app needs overhauling since map routes (red, yellow and blue) was lacking in information and you had to go to another screen to get the information on what the site is about rather than linking them which was time consuming and wasted time. Also, disliked that upon getting on to the bus, then the bus after a stop or two, becomes decomissioned (or taking a break) and we are required to get off the buss and have to wait a long time for the next bus. If a bus is going to take a break, they should time it so that another bus is coming along shortly rather than 15 - 20 minutes later especially in the red or blue routes.

May 10,2024Der Pass ist sehr gut für Personen die viel sehen wollen, da wirklich sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten darin enthalten sind. Bei uns hat sich der 3 Tagespass voll rentiert.

May 10,2024War echt super praktisch! Kaum anstehen und viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten waren im Pass mit drin. Preislich lohnt es sich auch sehr! Wenn man den Pass voll ausschöpft, hat man schon bald den Pass wider reingeholt.

May 10,2024Pass is very usefull because guarantee you a lot of service like sightseen BUS and access without queue in some attaction. We spent 6 days in Wien and we wer in four, the Pass has been cheaper istead of buy all entrence .

May 09,2024In base alla mia esperienza personale posso ammettere che questo strumento non è indispensabile per un viaggiatore in quanto molte attrazioni non possono essere visitate per intero ma necessitano di ulteriore biglietto le indicazioni sul sito non sono chiare.

Its is important to explain that fir Schonbrunn and the Sisi museum you need to book your visit kinda in advance because for example for Sisi museum if you go at the same date to the gate the tickets are already sold and they will not let you in. You need to book the visit in advance.

May 09,2024Indispensabile per chi per la prima volta visita Vienna. Completo di tutte le attrazioni principali ci ha permesso di visitare il tutto in tranquillità. Comodissimo anche il bus Hop-on hop-Off incluso.
