Oct 09,2023It worked seamlessly for the museums. Very convenient. There was a lot of confusion with the hop on and off bus. I didn't realize it was separate from the red hop on and off bus. I could not find a schedule or bus stops for the yellow/green hop-on-and-off bus on your website. We didn't utilize it because of this issue.

Oct 05,2023Very easy very good - saved us a lot of money. ראשית באיסוף הכרטיסים, הכתובת והמשרד הוראות ההכוונה היו ברורות, השירות היה מסביר פנים ויעיל. במימוש הכרטיס- כולם מכירים את הכרטיס, זמין וקל לשימוש. מאד השתלם לנו גם מבחינת המחיר.

Oct 04,2023Im Prinzip hat alles gut funktioniert. Es sollte jedoch mitgeteilt werden, wo man mit dem Pass einfach durchgehen kann und wo Tickets gebucht werden müssen (z.B. Schönbrunn).

Oct 04,2023We lost money using this. The buses are much slower than public transportation and arrived quite late, so we weren't able to visit enough sites to validate the price. Also the ticket expires at midnight instead of lasting 24 hours so we couldn't make it up the next morning either. Finally the open/close dates are not in the brochure so we found that some sites we traveled to weren't even open. Absolutely not worth the money.

Oct 04,2023Website is so "user friendly" that i could not order the Vienna PASS at all - if i click "jetzt kaufen" i re-directed to details selector, if i press "zur kasse" - i do not see any buttons like "order" or "pay"- only logos of PayPal and Visa- i tried Chrome, Edge brousers- windows and Android platform - no result. Great achivement- web shop where you can't pay. I see similar comments from other users and answer from viennapass company with suggestion to press "jetzt kaufen" which leads to dead circle. Try to visit your own vebsite and order something

Oct 03,2023De prijs is redelijk duur maar ihet komt zeker goedkoper uit dan alles apart te betalen. Je hebt geen last van lange wachtrijen want je hoeft niet aan te schuiven om kaartjes te laten valideren. Sommige bezienswaardigheden zitten niet in de Vienna-pasd wat wel mag voor die prijs. Ook de audio is bij sommige bezienswaardigheden nog apart te betalen wat eigenlijk niet kan.
